Last year....when I didn't have anything else I could think to blog about....I would write 5 things I am grateful for.  I am going to get back in that habit.  I often need to be reminded just how much I have to be grateful for....my life is truly blessed and I need to focus more on the positive  Sometimes I get far too busy or caught up in all the things that seem to be going wrong. 
So here goes....
-my kids they are really great kids....even when they are driving me nutso
-iced tea on a hot day
-Belle and Luca our dogs they are just so sweet and loveable
-my gardens....I just love flowers and puttering in the gardens.
-fruity summery cocktails...no explanation needed on this one

It's always good to be grateful and be reminded of all you have. The things I'm grateful for today...
The warm brownie sundae my hubby just gave me while I was sitting here, being able to spend the afternoon at the beach with my parents and kids, my bff from childhood spending the night unexpectedly, and summer vacations!!!

That is a great thing to do, I have read how doing this regularly is so very good for you and we all need to remember what is so very wonderful in life.

I am grateful for my daughter, for summer and for the fact that we have a pool which makes going out on 100F temperatures doable! And so much more but that will do for this morning. I love your list.

I think you need to make this a theme once summer is over and we can all join in as it is good to take a breath and remember the things we have in life to be grateful for which brightens even the cloudiest of days.
