I go in spurts with my exercising. I will be good for awhile then completely stop for months. Well this week I have started back at it. I have done the Power fit DVDs 2 days in a row now...things are sore. I really want to stick with it this time.

I do that with excercise and eating right. It is hard sometimes to keep it up if you aren't motivated or when it is thrown off for a day. You just have to find something you love, I guess. Good luck getting back on the workout train!
